IAW 29 CFR 1910.1030
Bloodborne Pathogens training is intended for individuals who work with or have a potential for coming in contact with blood, or other potentially infectious materials while performing their assigned duties. This would be janitors, coworkers, maintenance workers, medical personnel, fireman, police, and so on.
We will present the most common bloodborne diseases to include Hepatitis B & C, and HIV; recommended engineering control measures, correct selection of personal protective equipment (PPE), proper disposal of contaminated materials, and the associated signs and labels.
