Management Skills for New Supervisors

This is the next level after basic training. Here the new supervisor gains more knowledge and understanding of how to manage people and resources effectively. It is one thing to manage resources, but now people are under the same direction but don't work the same way machines and processes do. There must be a fine balance between the two. This is where team building skills, conflict resolution, and production coordination all comes together in order to meet sales quotas.
